Return and Refunds Terms & Conditions

In line with Australian Retail Consumer policy we accept returns and or refunds of any faulty or failure of the product(s) to work or perform as advertised.

Return Policy:
Request for return can be made within 30 Days after the Purchase and Delivery to the customer of the item in question.

Products must be in as new condition, undamaged and free from malicious damage and clearly used as we designed and advertised it to be.
Return Freight is at the Customers cost.

Refund Policy
Request for refund must be made within 30 days of delivery of the goods originally purchased.

For maximum refund Goods must be returned to us in as new and undamaged condition with all parts and components intact.
A 10% restocking feed is taken from the refund value and Return Freight is at the Customers cost.
