Refund & Returns Policy
In line with Australian Retail Consumer policy we accept returns and or refunds of any faulty or failure of the product(s) to work or perform as advertised.
Request for refund must be made within 30 days of delivery of the goods originally purchased. For maximum refund Goods must be returned to us in as new and undamaged condition with all parts and components intact.
A 10% restocking feed is taken from the refund value and Return Freight is at the Customers cost.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Watchful Rooster will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Watchful Rooster containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods as listed on checkout within 1-2 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Items returned for repair under warranty or other request if not picked up or an arrangement made by email or other written communication will be considered abandone goods after 6 months and will be disposed of or sold as is.
